Film-type car chase: K'taka Cong neta fails to stop MLA from fleeing

Known as Karnataka Congress' trouble-shooter, DK Shivakumar, on Monday could not prevent his own man, independent MLA H Nagesh, from deserting the coalition and flying to Mumbai. Right out of a Bollywood movie, Shivakumar arrived at the HAL airport five minutes after Nagesh's special flight had departed. Shivakumar had helped Nagesh win the Mulbagal assembly seat.
