Sensex jumps over 250 points to hit fresh record high; Nifty at lifetime peak too

Equity indices on Monday started on a higher note and zoomed further to hit record highs ahead of the expected signing on a US-China trade deal. The benchmark BSE sensex surged over 250 points to hit an all-time high of 41,893; while the broader gained more than half a per cent to hit a record intra-day high of 12,330.
