Taliban ‘execute’ Amrullah Saleh’s brother after his arrest

Ruhullah Azizi, the elder brother of former Afghanistan vice-president Amrullah Saleh, has been reportedly "executed" by the Taliban in the restive Panjshir valley, north of Kabul.
